Accessing or using SayItForYou in any way means you accept these Terms of Service in full. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, do not use this service.

These terms apply to every person who visits the site, submits a message, or interacts with the service in any form.

SayItForYou is a free, human-operated service. You submit a message. We produce an Instagram reel from your words and deliver it to the recipient after asking for their consent. We are not a social media platform, not a messaging app, and not a communication channel between users.

Every delivery is handled manually by a real person. Delivery takes 24 to 48 hours after the recipient gives consent. We do not guarantee delivery timelines beyond our best effort.

When you submit a message, you confirm and agree to the following:

• You are at least 13 years old. This service is not available to anyone under 13. If you are under 18, use this service only with parental awareness.
• Your message is honest and genuine. You are not submitting false information, impersonating someone, or attempting to deceive the recipient.
• Your message does not violate our Submission Guidelines. No hate speech, threats, harassment, explicit content, or content targeting minors. See the full guidelines for detail.
• You accept the recipient's right to decline. If the recipient does not consent to receiving your message, we will not deliver it. You accept this outcome without dispute.
• You are responsible for the content you submit. We are not responsible for any consequences that result from your message being delivered or not delivered.

We reserve the right to refuse, modify, or cancel any submission at our discretion, without notice, and without obligation to explain our decision. Specifically:

• Refuse to deliver any message we determine violates our guidelines or poses harm to any person.
• Modify the wording, design, or format of your message for production purposes, while preserving your original intent.
• Block any person from submitting future messages if they repeatedly violate these terms.
• Suspend or discontinue the service at any time for any reason, including maintenance, legal, or operational reasons.

We deliver messages in good faith. We do not guarantee how the recipient will respond, whether the relationship outcome will be positive, or whether the message will have any specific effect on the recipient's feelings or actions.

The SayItForYou name, logo, site design, and all original content on this site are owned by SayItForYou. You may not copy, reproduce, or redistribute any part of this site without written permission.

The content of messages you submit belongs to you. By submitting, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive license to use your message for the sole purpose of producing and delivering it as part of the service.

We update these terms when the service changes. Updates are posted on this page with a new effective date. Continuing to use the service after an update means you accept the new terms.

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising from use of this service will be subject to the jurisdiction of Indian courts.
