Every submission is read by a real person before delivery. These guidelines exist to protect recipients, senders, and the integrity of this service. Submissions that do not meet these standards are refused without exception.

General personal messagesAnything that does not fit a standard category but is kind, genuine, and directed at a real person with good intent.
Messages We Refuse
The following types of messages will not be delivered under any circumstances. We do not negotiate exceptions.
Hate speechAny message targeting a person based on race, religion, gender, caste, sexuality, disability, or nationality.
Threats or intimidationAny message that implies harm, danger, or coercion — directly or indirectly.
HarassmentMessages intended to humiliate, embarrass, shame, or distress the recipient. This includes passive-aggressive or manipulative wording.
Explicit or sexual contentAny message with sexually explicit language, unsolicited sexual advances, or inappropriate intimate content.
Content targeting minorsAny message directed at a person under 18 in a romantic or sexual context.
ImpersonationClaiming to be someone you are not in order to deceive the recipient.
Spam or promotional contentMessages advertising products, services, events, or accounts without a genuine personal relationship with the recipient.
Suicide or self-harm referencesMessages that contain or promote self-harm, suicide, or encourage destructive behavior in any form.
If we determine a submission falls into any of the above categories, we refuse it immediately and may block the submitter from future use. In cases involving credible threats to a person's safety, we reserve the right to take further action.
How We Handle Borderline Submissions
Some messages do not fit neatly into "accepted" or "refused." In those cases, the person reviewing your submission will use judgment based on the spirit of these guidelines. We may:
Ask you to revise the message before delivery.
Modify phrasing that is ambiguous or could be read as harmful, while preserving your core intent.
Refuse the submission and explain why via Instagram DM.
We do not have a formal appeal process. Our decision is final.
Recipient Consent
Every accepted message goes through a consent step before delivery. We DM the recipient privately and ask if they want to receive a message. If they say no, the message is not delivered, regardless of its content.
This protects recipients from unwanted contact and reduces the emotional risk for everyone involved.
